Distributed data platforms
Batch and streaming pipelines with Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, AWS and carefully designed quality controls.
I’m Vineeth Kumar Deepala, a data engineer and doctoral researcher building distributed pipelines, ML-ready platforms, and healthcare analytics systems that make complex data useful.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m most interested in the point where a data system stops being a diagram and has to work for real people.
My background is in healthcare and insurance data engineering. I’ve worked with Spark, Databricks, Snowflake and AWS, but the tool is never the point. I care about whether the data arrives on time, whether people can trust it, and whether the next decision is better because of it.
I’m now pursuing a Doctor of Computer Science and using that work to go deeper into drift, fairness and dependable AI systems.
WHAT I BUILD
Batch and streaming pipelines with Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, AWS and carefully designed quality controls.
Feature stores, anomaly detection, drift monitoring and reproducible data products that support trustworthy model delivery.
HIPAA-conscious architectures, PII masking and analytical systems designed for high-stakes clinical and operational data.
